摘　　要：目的:对他克莫司软膏联合紫外线光疗配合中药调节白癜风患者血清IL-2、ICAM-1、α-MSH水平的效果进行分析。方法:选取2017年5月-2019年1月笔者所在医院白癜风患者102例,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=51)及观察组(n=51)。对照组采用中药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用他克莫司软膏联合紫外线光疗治疗。比较两组疗效、治疗前及治疗6个月后血清α-黑色素细胞刺激素(α-MSH)、白介素-2(IL-2)、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)水平。结果:观察组总有效率为94.12%,高于对照组的74.51%(P<0.05);治疗6个月后,观察组血清ICAM-1水平低于对照组,血清IL-2、α-MSH水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:他克莫司软膏联合紫外线光疗配合中药治疗白癜风效果显著,可调节血清IL-2、ICAM-1、α-MSH水平。Objective:To analyze the effect of Tacrolimus Ointment combined with ultraviolet phototherapy and traditional Chinese medicine on levels of serum IL-2,ICAM-1,α-MSH in patients with vitiligo.Method:A total of 102 patients with vitiligo in our hospital from May 2017 to January 2019 were selected and divided into the control group (n=51) and the observation group (n=51) according to the random number table.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine,and the observation group was treated with Tacrolimus Ointment combined with ultraviolet phototherapy on the basis of the control group.Efficacy,serum α-melanocyte stimulating hormone (α-MSH),interleukin-2 (IL-2),and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) levels were compared between the two groups before and 6 months after treatment.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.12%,which was higher than 74.51% of the control group (P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,serum ICAM-1 level in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and serum IL-2 and α-MSH levels were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Tacrolimus Ointment combined with ultraviolet phototherapy and traditional Chinese medicine has a significant effect on the treatment of vitiligo,which can regulate the levels of serum IL-2,ICAM-1 and α-MSH.
