摘　　要：目的:探讨云克(锝[99Tc]亚甲基二膦酸盐注射液)治疗甲亢伴浸润性突眼的效果。方法:以笔者所在医院收治的60例甲亢伴浸润性突眼患者为研究对象,采用电脑抽签的方式随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组接受常规抗甲亢治疗方式,观察组接受常规抗甲亢治疗+云克治疗方式,对比观察两组的治疗有效率、不良反应发生率及眼压等指标之间的差异。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,眼压水平改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:云克治疗甲亢伴浸润性突眼效果显著,能有效提升临床治疗有效率,降低并发症风险,值得推广。Objective:To explore the effect of Yunke (99Tc Methylene Bisphosphonate Injection) on hyperthyroidism with invasive exophthalmos.Method:A total of 60 patients with hyperthyroidism and invasive exophthalmos treated in the hospital of the author were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by computer lottery.The control group received conventional anti-hyperthyroidism treatment,and the observation group received conventional anti-hyperthyroidism treatment+Yunke treatment.The differences between the two groups were compared in the treatment efficiency,adverse reaction rate,and intraocular pressure.Result:The effective rate in the treatment group was higher than the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,and the improvement of IOP was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Yunke has a significant effect on treating hyperthyroidism with invasive exophthalmos,which can effectively improve the efficiency of clinical treatment and reduce the risk of complications.It is worth promoting.
