心理应激对非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病神经内分泌及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨心理应激对非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病神经内分泌及免疫功能的影响。方法:选择在笔者所在医院门诊及病房2018年1月-2019年1月收治的非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者100例作为研究对象,按照SCL-90自评量表评分将有明确心理应激性的50例患者作为观察组(SCL-90≥160分),将无心理应激性的患者50例作为对照组(SCL-90<160分)。分别检测两组血清空腹生长激素(FGH)、餐后生长激素(2 h GH)、胰高血糖素(GG)、血浆糖皮质醇(Cortisol)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、肾上腺素(E)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、外周血T淋巴细胞CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平。结果:观察组FGH、2 h GH、GG、Cortisol、E、NE、IL-1β、IL-6均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组CD4^+、CD8^+多于对照组,CD4^+/CD8^+高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理应激可导致非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者神经内分泌及免疫功能发生紊乱。Objective:To explore the effect of psychological stress on neuroendocrine and immune function of non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus.Method:A total of 100 cases of non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus patients admitted in the outpatient and ward of our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study objects.According to the SCL-90 self-evaluation scale,50 patients with clear psychological stress were taken as the observation group (SCL-90≥160 points),and 50 patients without psychological stress were taken as the control group (SCL-90<160 points).The levels of serum fasting growth hormone (FGH),postprandial growth hormone (2 h GH),glucagon (GG),plasma glucocorticoid (Cortisol),norepinephrine (NE),epinephrine (E),interleukin-1β (IL-1β),interleukin-6 (IL-6),peripheral blood T lymphocyte CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+ of the two groups were detected.Result:FGH,2 h GH,GG,Cortisol,E,NE,IL-1β,IL-6 in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The CD4^+ and CD8^+ in the observation group were more than those in the control group,and the CD4^+/CD8^+ in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological stress can cause neuroendocrine and immune function of non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus patients.
