摘 要:隧道施工机械数量配置是否合理决定了机械群施工效率,直接影响了隧道施工进度。依托在建世界第一特长螺旋隧道--金家庄特长螺旋隧道,对现场出渣和湿喷工序中连续60组装载车与湿喷机的停机等待时间进行分析,阐明了装载车与湿喷机的停机等待时间特征,提出了隧道运输机械数量配置原则,建立了出渣和湿喷工序中运输机械配置数量和出渣总时间计算公式,并对机械配置数量进行计算分析。研究表明:出渣与湿喷作业时间与隧道累计进尺线性强相关,隧道累计进尺为影响作业时间的主导因素。基于运输距离强相关性与主导机械不停机等待两原则,建立了自卸汽车数量配置计算公式、出渣总时间计算公式和混凝土罐车数量增加的临界进尺计算公式,提出了数量配置合理性判断标准。The number and the management of tunnel construction machinery determines the construction efficiency of the mechanical group and directly affects the tunnel construction progress.Taking the Jinjiazhuang extra-long spiral tunnel as a case,which is at present the world’s longest under-construction extra-long spiral tunnel,60 sets of shutdown waiting time of loaders and wet sprayers in slag discharging and wet spraying operations were analyzed.The waiting time characteristics of loader and wet sprayer were expounded.The principle of quantity allocation of tunnel transport machinery was put forward.The formulas for quantity allocation of transport machinery and total time of slag discharge were established.The quantity of transport machinery allocation was calculated and analyzed.Results show that the time of slag discharge and wet spraying was linearly related to the accumulative footage of tunnel,and the dominant factor affecting the time of operation was the accumulative footage of tunnel.Based on the two principles of strong correlation of transportation distance and non-stop waiting of dominant machinery,the formulas for the calculations of the number of dump trucks,the total time,and the critical footage of increasing the number of concrete tank trucks were established,and the criteria for judging the rationality of quantity allocation were also proposed.
