改良掌背动脉皮瓣与腹部带蒂皮瓣修复指背皮肤软组织缺损的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨改良掌背动脉皮瓣与腹部带蒂皮瓣修复指背皮肤软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法抽取我院外科指背皮肤软组织缺损患者60例,采取随机数字表法分为对照组、试验组。对照组患者采取腹部带蒂皮瓣修复,试验组采取改良掌背动脉皮瓣修复,观察对比2组患者修复后的手功能评分、住院时间等指标。结果治疗后,对照组患者优良率66.67%(20/30),试验组93.33%(28/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的住院时间、住院费用均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良掌背动脉皮瓣修复指背皮肤软组织缺损的临床疗效显著,患者恢复速度快,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of modified palmar and abdominal pedicle flap in the repair of soft tissue defects of the dorsal skin.Methods A group of 60 patients with soft tissue defect of the back skin of our hospital were divided into two groups.The control group was divided into two groups:the control group,the control group and the experimental group.Results After the treatment,the excellent rate of the control group was 66.67%(20/30),the experimental group was 93.33%(28/30),the difference of data was statistically significant,P<0.05(χ2=5.3142),the hospital stay and the hospitalization expenses of the two groups were significantly different,the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The modified dorsal metacarpal artery flap is effective in repairing the soft tissue defect of the dorsal skin,and the recovery rate of the patient is fast,and it is worthy of clinical application.
