摘  要:航空发动机技术复杂、制造难度高,世界上仅有少数几个国家能够完成航空发动机的设计制造。我国对于航空发动机的设计制造一直在不断推进,提升自身制造水平。空心涡轮叶片是高性能航空发动机中的主要零部件之一,由于其制造难度大长期困扰着我国的制造企业。文章在分析空心涡轮叶片结构特性的基础上就空心涡轮叶片的精密成形技术进行了分析阐述。Aero-engine technology is complex and difficult to manufacture,and only a few countries in the world can complete the design and manufacture of aero-engine.In our country,the design and manufacture of aero-engine has been continuously promoted to improve its own manufacturing level.Hollow turbine blade is one of the main components of high-performance aero-engine,which has perplexed the manufacturing enterprises of our country for a long time because of its manufacturing difficulty.Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics of hollow turbine blades,the precision forming technology of hollow turbine blades is analyzed and described in this paper.
