摘　　要：针对目前建筑设备工程课程教学中存在的问题,结合当前BIM技术的优点及其在建筑行业发展趋势,提出完善教学内容、采用BIM技术应用来进行本课程考核,合理增加学时、教学内容与时俱进,将BIM应用于教学过程中,改善教学中不连续、不完整的问题,从而达到该课程的教学目的,为社会培养与时俱进的应用型人才。Aim at the problem of education at Construction Equip-ment Engineering,combining technical advantage of BIM and the trend of building profession development,the author brings forward the reform of teaching methods and introduces in the possible arrange-ments of the content of courses,adopts BIM technique to carry onthis course to investigate,reasonable increment to class hour,appliesBIM in teaching process,Perfects teaching reform in education me-thod of not continuous and not integrity.It attains the teaching pur-pose of the course for providing with accompany into of applied type talented person.
