摘　　要：在扩大高等学校教育开放的背景下,北京市及市属各高校出台一系列举措,以优势专业为依托,开展形式多样的国际化联合培养项目,培养了一批具有较高综合素质的国际型研究人才,高校办学水平得到提升。同时,联合培养项目实施过程中也出现一些涉及规划、制度、方案、管理和内化提升等方面的问题,需要引起重视,并着手以体制机制、项目发展、学生管理、教学改革等方面为切入点进行改革和优化。Under the background of enlarging the opening of higher education,Beijing bureau of education and Beijing-affiliated univer-sities have launched a series of measures,which have trained a groupof international research talents with high comprehensive quality andimproved the level by developing various international joint educa-ting projects relying on advantage majors.During the implementa-tion of the joint educating project,some problems have arisen,suchas planning,rules,program,management and internalization.Theseproblems should be given more attention and optimized by impro-ving several aspects including institutional mechanism,project deve-lopment,student management,teaching reform,etc.
