摘　　要：介绍门波教授治疗输卵管性不孕症的经验。门师认为输卵管性不孕症多因瘀、热、湿作用机体,湿邪为患,郁久化热,热壅血瘀,三者兼夹为患,侵及胞脉,故病机关键在于胞脉闭阻不通,难以摄精成孕,治疗重点为"疏通胞脉"。针对导致胞脉闭阻的病因,结合中医外治法相关理论,非经期善以活血化瘀、清热利湿药来治疗该病,采用自拟消癥煎内服联合中药外敷;经期因势利导,促进经血顺利排出,予生化汤加减口服,联合中医特色盆腔理疗方法,从而达到通管助孕之目的。验之临床,疗效显著。附典型病案1则以验证。Introduce Professor Meng Bo’s experience in treating tubal infertility.The teacher believes that tubal infertility is caused by phlegm,heat and dampness,wetness and dampness,stagnation of heat,sputum and blood stasis,and the three are also involved in the disease,invading the veins,so the key to the pathogenesis is the venous closure.It is difficult to prevent the pregnancy,and the focus of treatment is"to clear the veins".In view of the cause of venous occlusion,combined with the theory of TCM external treatment,nonmenstrual good to promote blood circulation,clearing heat and dampness drugs to treat the disease,using self-made Xiaozheng decoction(自拟消癥煎)combined with traditional Chinese medicine external application;menstruation to promote menstrual blood Smooth discharge,giving biochemical soup plus orally,combined with traditional Chinese medicine pelvic physiotherapy methods,in order to achieve the purpose of assisting pregnancy.Clinically,the effect is remarkable.Attach a typical case 1 to verify.
