摘　　要：阴阳易证首见于张仲景《伤寒杂病论》,历代医家论其病机多以阴阳两虚为要。笔者认为阴阳易证之病机为肾厥,即肾脏之阴阳厥逆而不用,治以调和肾厥。The syndrome of yin and yang(阴阳)changing is first seen in Zhang Zhongjing’s Theory of Typhoid and Miscellaneous Diseases.Most of the doctors in the past dynasties believe that the pathogenesis of the disease is mainly due to the deficiency of yin and yang.The author believes that the pathogenesis of yin-yang changing syndrome is kidney syncope,that is,kidney yin-yang syncope,and the treatment is to reconcile renal syncope.
