当归活血汤联合西药治疗糖尿病性下肢动脉硬化闭塞症

摘　　要：目的:观察当归活血汤联合西药治疗糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选择平顶山市中医医院血管科住院的40例糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者作为研究对象,在常规西医治疗的基础上,对照组采用前列地尔治疗,观察组在其基础上口服当归活血汤。结果:观察组治疗后的踝肱指数数值明显高于与对照组(P <0.05)。两组的间歇性跛行指数,对比后具有统计学意义(P <0.05),观察组的间歇性跛行疗效,总有效率95.5%(21/22)比对照组83.3%(15/18)高,有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:当归活血汤联合前列地尔更加有效地治疗糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞,有效缓解下肢血流状况。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Danggui Huoxue Decoction(当归活血汤)combined with western medicine in the treatment of diabetic lower extremity arteriosclerosis oblongata.Methods:40 cases of diabetic lower extremity arteriosclerosis oblongata patients admitted to the vascular department of Pingdingshan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were selected as the research subjects.On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,the control group was treated with alprodil,and the observation group was given Danggui Huoxue Decoction orally.Results:The ankle-brachial index of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The intermittent claudication index of the two groups was statistically significant after comparison(P<0.05),and the total effective rate 95.5%(21/22)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group 83.3%(15/18),which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Danggui Huoxue Decoction is effective in the treatment of diabetic lower extremity arteriosclerosis occlusion,and it can effectively relieve the blood flow of lower extremity.
