皮炎洗剂湿敷联合青敷膏外敷治疗糖尿病继发下肢丹毒的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究皮炎洗剂湿敷联合青敷膏外敷应用于糖尿病继发下肢丹毒继发感染患者的临床疗效。方法:选取糖尿病继发下肢丹毒继发感染住院患93例按入院先后顺序随机分成两组,观察组47例予皮炎洗剂1∶9稀释湿敷下肢红肿疼痛处每日1次,然后外敷青敷膏每日1次;对照组46例下肢红肿疼痛处予50%硫酸镁湿敷局部患处,2次/d,7天为1个疗程,比较1个疗程结束时的疗效。结果:1个疗程结束时观察组的疗效显著优于对照组差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论:采用皮炎洗剂湿敷联合青敷膏外敷局部能显著提高糖尿病继发下肢丹毒患者的治疗效果。Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of wet application of dermatitis lotion combined with green application cream in diabetic patients with secondary erysipelas of lower limbs.Method:Ninety-three patients were randomly divided into 2 groups according to the order of admission,and 47 patients in the observation group were given the dermatitis lotion 1∶9 diluted and applied to the pain area of the lower extremity for 1 time/d,and then the external green plaster for 1 time/d.In the control group,a total of 46 cases of pain and redness of lower extremities were treated with 50%magnesium sulfate wet compress on local lesions,2 times/d,7 days for one course of treatment,and the efficacy was compared at the end of one course of treatment.Result:At the end of one course,the efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The local application of wet dermatitis lotion combined with green plaster can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of secondary lower limb erysipelas in patients with diabetes.
