芪归益肾汤治疗慢性肾功能不全的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨芪归益肾汤治疗慢性肾功能不全的疗效研究。方法:收集厦门市中医院肾病科2015年3月-2018年3月收治的慢性肾功能不全患者共60例,并将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者给予常规西医治疗和药用炭片治疗;治疗组在常规西医治疗的基础上口服芪归益肾汤治疗。以治疗前和治疗8周后为疗效评价时点,客观对照两组患者的肾功能和微炎指标的变化,评价疗效。结果:经过治疗后,两组患者的肾功能和微炎指标均有改善,治疗组患者的肾功能指标[血尿素氮(Blood Urea Nitrogen,BUN)、血肌酐(Serum Creatinine,Scr)和肾小球滤过率(EstimatedGFR,eGFR)]及微炎指标[C-反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)和白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)]改善均显著高于对照组(P <0.05),治疗组患者的临床疗效评定的总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:芪归益肾汤对气血亏虚,兼瘀、湿、浊、毒型的慢性肾功能不全的患者的改善作用疗效显著,可以明显地改善患者的肾功能和微炎指标。Objective:To explore the curative effect of Qigui Yishen Decoction(芪归益肾汤)on chronic renal insufficiency.Methods:A total of 60 patients with chronic renal insufficiency admitted to our nephrology department from March 2015 to March 2018 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine and medicinal charcoal tablets.The treatment group was treated with Qigui Yishen Decoction on the basis of conventional Western medicine.The changes of renal function and microinflammation index were objectively compared between the two groups before and after 8 weeks of treatment.Results:After treatment,the renal function and microinflammation indexes of both groups were improved.The improvement of renal function indexes(BUA,BUN,Scr and eGFR)and microinflammation indexes(CRP and IL-6)in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group.(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical efficacy evaluation in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group.(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qigui Yishen Decoction has a significant effect on the improvement of chronic renal insufficiency,and it can significantly improve the renal function and microinflammation index of patients with deficiency of Qi and blood and blood stasis,dampness,turbidity and toxicity.
