慢性肾炎蛋白尿治疗中实行参芪地黄汤加减疗法的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性肾炎蛋白尿治疗中实行参芪地黄汤加减疗法的临床效果。方法:将2016年6月-2019年1月在佛山市高明区人民医院肾内科治疗的100例慢性肾炎蛋白尿患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规西医治疗,在此基础上观察组使用参芪地黄汤加减治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、肾功能各指标变化、中医证候积分变化。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96%(48/50),明显高于对照组的78%(39/50)(P <0.05);观察组治疗后血肌酐(Serum Creatinine,Scr)、肾小球滤过率(EstimatedGFR,e GFR)、24 h尿蛋白定量水平明显低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组治疗后中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:慢性肾炎蛋白尿治疗中实行参芪地黄汤加减疗法的临床效果显著,能有效改善肾功能,减少蛋白尿,缓解临床症状,具有积极的临床意义。Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of Modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction(参芪地黄汤)on chronic nephritis proteinuria.Methods:A total of 100 patients with chronic nephritis proteinuria treated in the department of nephrology of our hospital from June 2016 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction on this basis,and the clinical efficacy,changes in renal function indexes,and changes in TCM syndromes were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate was 96%(48/50)in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 78%(39/50)in the control group(P<0.05).The quantitative levels of Scr,eGFR and 24 h urine protein in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In chronic nephritis proteinuria treatment,the clinical effect of Modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction is significant,it can effectively improve renal function,reduce proteinuria,and alleviate clinical symptoms,which is of positive clinical significance.
