摘　　要：目的:观察针刀结合体外冲击波治疗军事训练伤腰肌劳损的临床疗效。方法:选择军事训练伤腰肌劳损110例,随机分为治疗组60例和对照组50例。治疗组采用针刀结合体外冲击波治疗,对照组采用单纯针刀治疗。3天治疗1次,3次为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组临床治愈50例,显效8例,有效1例,无效1例,愈显率96.7%(58/60);对照组临床治愈17例,显效14例,有效13例,无效6例,愈显率62%(31/50);治疗组愈显率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刀结合体外冲击波治疗军事训练伤腰肌劳损临床疗效显著。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupotomy combined with extracorporeal shock wave on lumbar muscle strain after military training injury.Methods:110 cases of lumbar muscle strain caused by military training injury were randomly divided into the treatment group(60 cases)and the control group(50 cases).Acupotomology combined with extracorporeal shock wave was used in the treatment group and acupotomology alone was used in the control group.Treatment was conducted once in 3 days and 3 times was considered as one course of treatment.Clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared after 2 courses of treatment.Results:In the treatment group,50 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,1 case was effective,the healing rate was 96.7%(58/60);In the control group,17 cases were cured,14 cases were markedly effective,13 case were effective,the healing rate was 62%(31/50).The healing rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of acupotomy combined with extracorporeal shock wave is significant in treating lumbar muscle strain caused by military training injuries.
