腰痹舒筋汤对腰椎间盘突出症(气虚血瘀型)临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨腰痹舒筋汤对腰椎间盘突出症(气虚血瘀型)临床疗效。方法:将2018年1月-2019年1月在吉林省通化市宁式骨科医院及吉林大学第一医院骨科治疗的91例腰椎间盘突出症(气虚血瘀型)患者随机分为两组,对照组采用牵引、按摩、口服西乐葆治疗,在此基础上观察组服用腰痹舒筋汤治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、腰部功能及疼痛变化、腰椎轴状位的前后径和横径变化。结果:观察组治疗有效率为93.48%(43/46),明显高于对照组的73.33%(33/45)(P <0.05);观察组治疗后视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale/Score,VAS)明显低于对照组,而日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores,JOA)明显高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组治疗后前后径和横径与对照组相比无明显差异(P> 0.05)。结论:腰痹舒筋汤对腰椎间盘突出症(气虚血瘀型)临床疗效显著,能有效改善腰部症状,提高腰部功能,但对突出椎间盘的回缩效果有限。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Yaobi Shujin Decoction(腰痹舒筋汤)on lumbar disc herniation(qi deficiency and blood stasis type).Methods:91 cases of lumbar disc(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)patients treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 for orthopaedic treatment were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was treated with traction,massage,oral celebrex,on the basis of the treatment of the control group,the observation group received Yaobi Shujin Decoction,the clinical efficacy,waist function and changes in pain,lumbar axial diameter and transverse diameter before and after the change of two groups of patients were compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.48%(43/46),which was significantly higher than 73.33%(33/45)in the control group(P<0.05).VAS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,while JOA score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in anteroposteriometry and transverse diameter between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yaobi Shujin Decoction has a significant clinical effect on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(qi deficiency and blood stasis type),which can effectively relieve lumbar symptoms and improve lumbar function.
