益气活血化痰法治疗中风后遗症89例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气活血化痰法治疗中风后遗症的效果。方法:回顾分析笔者所在医院收治的89例中风后遗症患者的临床资料,观察组给予常规疗法联合自拟益气心脑康方治疗,对照组给予常规治疗。结果:两组治疗后中医症状积分较之前降低,且观察组的降低幅度优于对照组(均P<0.05);两组治疗前神经功能缺损评分量表(National Institute Of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)、Barthel指数,即巴氏指数(The Barthel Index of ADL)评分结果对比,P>0.05,治疗后观察组NIHSS量表评分结果较之前降低幅度、Barthel指数评分结果较之前提高幅度优于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗前两组血清炎性因子检测值对比,P>0.05,治疗后观察组白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)水平较之前下降幅度优于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗后观察组的总有效率高于对照组,两组对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血化痰法治疗中风后遗症疗效好,能改善肢体功能,提升患者的预后质量。Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of the Yiqi Huoxue Huatan therapy(益气活血化痰法)on 89 cases of sequelae of stroke.Methods:89 cases were divided into two groups,the control group was given conventional treatment,the observation group was given the Yiqi Xinnaokang prescription.Results:After treatment,the TCM symptom scores in the two groups were decreased,and the reduction in the observation was group was more significant(P﹤0.05).After treatment,in the observation group,NIHSS scale score was decreased,and the Barthel index score increased,and both were better than the control group(P﹤0.05).Before treatment,there was not a significant difference in serum inflammatory factor detection between the two groups,P﹥0.05.After treatment,IL-6 and TNF-αin the observation group were decreased and were better than those in the control group(P﹤0.05).After treatment,the total efficiency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The Yiqi Huoxue Huatan therapy on sequelae of stroke shows a good effects,can improve limb function and quality of life of patients.
