自拟通阳化瘀方对不稳定性(痰浊痹阻型)心绞痛患者内皮功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析通阳化瘀方对痰浊痹阻型不稳定性心绞痛患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法:将68例辨证为痰浊痹阻的不稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为观察组(35例)、对照组(33例),两组患者给予西医常规治疗,观察组在西医治疗的基础上加用通阳化瘀方治疗,2周后比较各组患者临床症状改善情况、血脂水平、血液粘稠度及血管内皮功能的变化。结果:治疗2周后,两组患者临床症状、血脂水平及血液粘稠度较治疗前均有明显改善,同时观察组血脂水平、血清半胱氨酸及血液粘稠度改善幅度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组血管内皮功能较治疗前无明显差异,但治疗组有显著改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通阳化瘀方联合西医基础治疗可以有效缓解痰浊痹阻型不稳定性心绞痛患者的临床症状,改善心功能,促进血管内皮功能的恢复。Objective: To explore the effect of Tongyang Huayu prescription(通阳化瘀方) on vascular endothelial function in patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods: 68 patients with unstable angina pectoris identified as phlegm obstruction were randomly divided into the observation group(35 cases) and control group(33 cases). The two groups were given conventional western medicine. The observation group was treated with Tongyang Huayu prescription more. The clinical symptoms improvement, blood lipid level, blood viscosity and vascular endothelial function in each group were compared after 2 weeks. Results: After 2 weeks of treatment, the clinical symptoms, blood lipid level and blood viscosity in groups were significantly improved;the improvement of blood lipid level, serum cysteine and blood viscosity in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). There was no significant difference of vascular endothelial function in the control group between before and after treatment, and the vascular endothelial function was significant improve in the treatment group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Tongyang Huayu prescription plus basic western medicine can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms, improve cardiac function, and promote the recovery of vascular endothelial function.
