中药灌肠液联合抗菌药辨证分型治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨观察中药灌肠液联合抗菌药辨证分型治疗慢性盆腔炎(Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease,CPID)的临床疗效。方法:将我院2018年4月-2019年5月期间收治的200例慢性盆腔炎患者按照随机数表法分成两组,对照组100例给予盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗,研究组100例在对照组基础上配合中药灌肠液辨证分型治疗,观察比较临床疗效。结果:①研究组总有效率为97%(97/100),对照组为83%(83/100),与对照组比较,研究组更高,组间差异显著,P<0.05;②研究组与对照组治疗后的症状积分比较,P<0.05;③两组患者血常规及C反应蛋白治疗前后无明显差异(P>0.05),关于血液流变学指标,研究组治疗后各指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);④组间不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药灌肠液联合抗菌药辨证分型治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效确切。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of antibacterials plus enema with TCM medicine according to syndrome differentiation on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:200 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to May 2019 were divided into two groups according to random number table.100 patients in the control group were treated with levofloxacin hydrochloride.100 patients in the study group were treated by enema with TCM medicine syndrome differentiation,and the clinical efficacy was observed and compared.Results:The total efficiency in the study group was 97%(97/100),better than 83%(83/100)in the control group(P<0.05).The symptom score in the study group and the control group after treatment was(5.68±1.02)and(8.17±2.52),respectively(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood routine and C-reactive protein between before and after treatment(P>0.05).The indexes in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Antibacterials plus enema with TCM medicine according to syndrome differentiation on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has definite curative effect.
