稳心颗粒联用美托洛尔治疗冠心病合并室性心律失常患者的作用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨稳心颗粒联用美托洛尔治疗冠心病合并室性心律失常患者的作用。方法选取2018年1月~2019年1月我科收治的104例冠心病室性心律失常患者作为研究对象,并按照随机数字表法分为治疗组(n=52)和对照组(n=52)。治疗组患者应用美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗;对照组患者单用美托洛尔治疗。对两组患者治疗前后的24h动态心电图检查结果、心脏射血分数(EF)、心脏指数(CI)、心排出血量(CO)以及治疗效果总有效率进行观察比较。结果治疗后,两组患者的动态心电图情况均较治疗前改善,且治疗组室性期前收缩的次数及ST段压低程度、ST段下降持续时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组心脏功能均较治疗前改善,且治疗组的EF、CI以及CO指数均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的治疗总有效率要明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病合并室性心律失常患者应用稳心颗粒联用美托洛尔治疗,能明显改善患者的临床症状,且疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the role of Wenxin granule combined with metoprolol in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with ventricular arrhythmia.Methods 104 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with ventricular arrhythmia admitted to our department from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as subjects of this study.The patients were divided into treatment group(n=52)and control group(n=52)according to the random number table method.The patients in the treatment group were treated with metoprolol combined with Wenxin granules,and the patients in the control group were treated with metoprolol alone.The results of 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiography(ECG),cardiac ejection fraction(EF),cardiac index(CI),cardiac output(CO),and total effective rate of treatment were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the ambulatory electrocardiography of the two groups were improved compared with that before treatment,and the frequency of ventricular premature contractions,the degree of ST segment depression and the duration of ST segment decline in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The cardiac functions of the two groups were improved compared with that before treatment,and the EF,CI and CO indexes of the treatment group were significantly higher than the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Wenxin granule combined with metoprolol in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with ventricular arrhythmia can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and the curative effect is significant,which is worthy of clinical application.
