美托洛尔治疗心脏瓣膜病伴心力衰竭患者的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的对心脏瓣膜病伴心力衰竭患者采用美托洛尔治疗的效果进行探究。方法选取2016年3月~2019年6月我院心脏瓣膜病伴心力衰竭患者70例进行研究。按照随机数字表法分为采用常规治疗的对照组和采用美托洛尔治疗的观察组,各35例,将两组治疗后的心率、血压、心胸比、纽约心脏协会分级评分(New York Heart Association Grading Score,NYHA)以及心功能改善情况进行比较。结果比较两组的血压、心率、心胸比和NYHA评分,观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较两组的的心功能改善程度,观察组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组的总有效率为94.29%,显著高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对心脏瓣膜病伴心力衰竭患者采用美托洛尔治疗能够显著改善心功能,适合临床借鉴。Objective To explore the effieacy of metoprolol in the treatment for patients wih valvulopathy complicated with heart failure.Methods Seventy valvulopathy patients complicated with heart failure admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to June 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group.Th control group was provided conventional therapy.while the observation group was given metoprolol for treatment.with 35 cases in each group.The rates of heart rates.blood pressure.cardiothoracic ratio.New York Heart Association Grading Score(NYHA)and improvement of cardiac function were compared between the two groups.Results The blood pressures.heart rates.cardiothoracic ratio and NYHA scores of the observation group were lower than the control group as compared between two groups,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).By comparing the improvements of cardiac function between two groups.the observation group was significantly superior to control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The overall response rate of observation group after treatment was 94.29%,significantly higher than 80.00%of control group.with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with valvulopathy complicated with heart failure,treatment with Metoprolol could significantly enhance cardiac function for clinical reference.
