全口义齿修复患者疗效的影响因素分析及应用舒适化干预结合义齿稳固剂使用指导对策的研究

摘　　要：目的分析全口义齿修复患者治疗效果的影响因素,探讨舒适化干预措施与义齿稳固剂的使用指导对策。方法选取2014年1月~2016年7月在我院修复科接受全口义齿修复的120例无牙颌患者作为研究对象,分析全口义齿修复疗效的影响因素。将上述患者作为对照组,给予常规治疗和护理干预措施,另选取2017年1月~2018年12月接受全义齿修复的70例无牙颌患者作为观察组,应用义齿稳固剂,同时给予舒适护理干预措施。比较两组患者临床疗效。结果(1)120例行全口义齿修复的患者中,对美观效果满意者85例(70.83%),不满意组女性、文化程度高者比例明显高于满意组,年龄明显小于满意组,对义齿修复相关知识掌握程度良好者比例显著低于满意组,口腔条件显著差于满意组(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示年龄、性别、受教育程度、口腔条件、对义齿相关知识了解掌握程度是美观效果满意情况的独立影响因素。(2)治疗和护理后,对照组总有效率为79.17%,观察组为95.71%,后者显著高于前者(P<0.05);观察组对治疗效果满意率为92.86%,也显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论患者年龄、性别、受教育程度、口腔条件、对义齿相关知识了解掌握程度与全口义齿修复的美观效果有关。此外,应用义齿稳固剂及舒适化护理干预措施有助于提高全口义齿修复患者的治疗效果,改善患者的口腔健康相关的生活质量。Objective To analyze the influencing factors of the therapeutic effect of patients with complete denture restoration,and to investigate the guiding countermeasures for the use of comfort intervention measures combined with denture adhesive.Methods 120 edentulous patients who received complete denture restoration at the outpatient service of the Department of restoration of our hospital from January 2014 to July 2016 were selected as the study objects to analyze the influencing factors of the efficacy of complete denture restoration.The above patients were taken as the control group and given conventional therapy and nursing intervention measures.Another 70 edentulous patients who received complete denture restoration from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the observation group.Denture adhesive was applied,and comfort nursing intervention measures were given at the same time.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared.Results(1)Among 120 patients with complete denture restoration,85 patients(70.83%)were satisfied with the aesthetic effect;In the dissatisfied group,the proportion of women and those with high education level was significantly higher than that in the satisfied group,and their age was significantly lower than that in the satisfied group;The proportion of those with good knowledge of denture restoration was significantly lower than that in the satisfied group,and the oral condition was significantly worse than that in the satisfied group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age,gender,education level,oral condition,and knowledge of denture were independent influencing factors for satisfaction of aesthetic effect.(2)After treatment and nursing,the overall response rate was 79.17%in the control group and 95.71%in the observation group,with the latter significantly higher than the former(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate of the observation group on the therapeutic effect was 92.86%,which was also significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusi
