椎后路手术后不同体位护理对双下肢不同部位周径的影响

摘　　要：目的探究腰椎后路手术行不同体位护理,对其双下肢不同部位周径的影响。方法回顾性纳入2018年1月~2019年1月本院腰椎后路手术后实施不同体位护理的40例患者临床资料作为研究对象(研究组),同期纳入腰椎后路手术后实施常规护理的40例患者的临床资料作为参照对象(参照组),观察两组患者围术期不同部位周径。结果护理前两组年龄、性别、身高、体重、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组术前、术后即刻以及术后6h踝关节周径均与参照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组术前髌骨下10cm与参照组周径对比显示差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后及术后6h周径对比显示差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正确体位护理可有效减轻腰椎后路手术双下肢肿胀情况,通过临床疗效。Objective To investigate the effects of different posture nursing after posterior lumbar spinal surgery on circumference at different sites of both lower limbs.Methods The clinical data of 40 patients who received different posture nursing after posterior lumbar spinal surgery from January 2018 to January 2019 were retrospectively included as research subjects(study group).The clinical data of 40 patients who received conventional nursing after posterior lumbar spinal surgery were included as reference subjects(reference group).The circumference at different sites of both lower limbs of patients in the two groups were observed during perioperative period.Results There were no significant differences in age,gender,height,weight,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,and Oswestry Dysfunction Index questionnaire(ODI)score between the study group and the reference group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in circumference of ankle joint between the two groups before surgery,immediately after surgery,and 6 hours after surgery(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in circumference of 10cm below the patella between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05).However,the differences in circumference of 10 cm below the patella immediately after surgery and 6 hours after surgery between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Proper posture nursing can effectively reduce the swelling of lower limbs after posterior lumbar spinal surgery,and shows clinical efficacy.
