心理干预对宫腔镜检查患者焦虑及疼痛的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨心理干预对宫腔镜检查患者焦虑及疼痛的临床影响。方法选取本院2018年6~12月妇科行宫腔镜检查患者84例的临床资料作为研究对象进行回顾性分析,根据临床护理方法分为研究组和对照组,每组42例。对照组给予常规的护理方法,研究组在对照组基础上采用心理干预模式,分别在干预前后进行社会支持量表、一般自我效能感量表、汉密尔顿焦虑量表、焦虑自评量表、视觉模拟疼痛评分以及自我感受负担量表评分。结果护理前,两组患者SAS、SSRS、GSES、VAS、HAMA评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组SAS、SSRS、GSES、HAMA、VAS评分优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组自我感受负担量表评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理干预对宫腔镜检查者的焦虑和疼痛症状具有改善作用,可有效调节受检者在检查前后的负性情绪,促进其心理调适和恢复。Objective To study the clinical influence of psychological intervention in the anxiety and pain during the hysteroscopy.Methods 84 patients who underwent the hysteroscopy from June 2018 to December 2018 in our hospital were analyzed and divided into a study group and a control group according to different nursing modes,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received regular nursing treatment,while the study group received psychological intervention on the basis of the control group.The scores of social support rating scale,general selfefficacy scale,hamilton anxiety scale,self-rating anxiety scale,visual analogue pain score and self perceived burden scale were used before and after intervention,respectively.Results Before intervention,SAS,SSRS,GSES,VAS and HAMA scores between groups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);after intervention,SAS,SSRS,GSES,HAMA and VAS scores in the study group were better than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The self-perceived burden scale of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the comparison showed statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological intervention is of great importance to anxiety and pain relief,which can improve the subject’s negative emotions and promote the psychological adjustment and recovery.
