摘　　要：目的探讨经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗不同年龄冠心病合并糖尿病患者预后的影响。方法回顾性分析我院2016年7月~2018年7月200例行PCI治疗的冠心病合并糖尿病患者的临床资料,按照年龄不同分为中年组(45岁≤年龄<60岁)、老年组(年龄≥60岁),中年组109例,老年组91例。所有患者行PCI治疗,随访1年,观察并比较两组预后情况,使用COX回归分析两组死亡的风险因素。结果老年组全因死亡、心源性死亡占比分别为6.59%、4.40%高于中年组1.83%、1.83%(P<0.05);COX回归分析显示,LVEF(左室射血分数)≤40%、急性冠状动脉综合征是患者死亡的独立风险因素(P<0.05)。结论年龄不同不会对PCI治疗冠心病合并糖尿病患者的预后造成影响。Objective To investigate the effect of Percutaneous Coronary Intervention(PCI)on the prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes at different ages.Methods The clinical data from 200 patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes who underwent PCI in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the age,patients were divided into middle-aged group(45 years old≤age<60 years old)and elderly group(age≥60 years old),including 109 patients in middle-age group and 91 patients in elderly group.All patients underwent PCI and were followed up for 1 year.The prognosis of the two groups was observed and compared.COX regression was used to analyze the risk factors of death in both groups.Results The proportion of all-cause death and cardiogenic death in the elderly group was 6.59%and 4.40%,respectively,which was higher than those in the middle-aged group(1.83%and 1.83%,respectively)(P<0.05).COX regression analysis showed that LVEF(left ventricular ejection fraction)≤40%and acute coronary syndrome were independent risk factors for patient death(P<0.05).Conclusion Different ages do not affect the prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes treated with PCI.
