摘　　要：回顾建国七十年以来,一代代中医药人为实现中医药持续发展,规范中医药行业管理,致力于推进中医药立法。正是因为他们的付出,我国中医药政策、法律、法规得到逐步完善,形成独特、完整的理论体系,服务人民群众,推进我国卫生事业不断发展。中医药立法的步步历程是中医药事业茁壮成长的脚印,更是中医药事业由小到大、由弱到强、由散到整、由点到面的发展之路。Over the past 70 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China,generations of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)practitioners have been committed to promoting the legislation of TCM in order to achieve sustainable development of TCM,and standardize the management of TCM industry.Thanks to all efforts,China's TCM policies,laws and regulations have been gradually improved,forming a unique and complete theoretical system to serve people and promote the continuous development of China's health undertakings.The step-by-step legislative process of TCM is not only the footprint of the vigorous growth of TCM undertakings,but also the development road of TCM undertakings from small to large,from weak to strong,from scattered to integrated,and from point to surface.
