清热安神汤联合失眠三针治疗脑梗死后痰热内扰型失眠症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:对清热安神汤联合失眠三针治疗脑梗死后痰热内扰型失眠症的临床效果进行研究.方法:选取我院脑梗死后痰热内扰型失眠症患者80例,采取科学数字抽选的方法实施分组,组别名称:实验组、对照组,两组患者均各为40例,对照组给予西医治疗,实验组给予中医治疗.结果:实验组治疗总有效率高达97.02%,对照组总有效率为80.00%(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗前其匹斯堡睡眠质量评分和生活质量评分均无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后实验组评分情况均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:清热安神汤联合失眠三针治疗脑梗死后痰热内扰型失眠症有利于提高治疗效果,该方法值得推广.Objective:To study the clinical effect of Qingre Anshen decoction combined with three insomnia needles on insomnia of phlegm-heat disturbance type after cerebral infarction.Methods:80 patients with internal disturbance of phlegm-heat insomnia after cerebral infarction in our hospital were selected and divided into groups by scientific digital sampling.The group names were:Experimental Group and Control Group,the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.02%,and that of the control group was 80.00%,P<0.05.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of sleep quality and life quality before treatment(P>0.05),after treatment,the score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingre Anshen decoction combined with insomnia three acupuncture treatment of phlegm-heat disturbance insomnia after cerebral infarction is conducive to improve the treatment effect,this method is worth promoting.
