摘　　要：高校图书馆参与公共文化服务是当代社会文化发展的趋势,利用现有条件,走“适度开放”的发展道路,是社会发展的迫切要求,是突破自身发展,实现社会价值的重要契机。本文对高校图书馆适度开放下定义,指出其适度开放的必要性,以玉林师范学院图书馆为研究对象,分析其适度开放的优势和可行性,并提出其适度开放的几点措施,以供其他高校图书馆参考。University libraries'participation in public cultural services is the trend of contemporary social and cultural development.Taking advantage of the existing conditions and taking the development path of"moderate openness"is an urgent demand of social development and an important opportunity to break through their own development and realize social value.This paper defines the moderate opening of university libraries,points out the necessity of moderate opening,takes the library of yulin normal university as the research object,analyzes the advantages and feasibility of moderate opening,and puts forward some measures for the reference of other university libraries.
