摘　　要：文章基于对黄淑娉教授学术生涯的历史回顾,分析了女性学者个人发展的重要影响因素和成长规律。家庭环境和社会环境是女性学者成长的重要前提,大学教育和高水平的教育机构是女性学者成长的重要空间,对个人信念的坚守和能力的磨炼与挑战是女性学者发展的重要环节,个人的家庭与生活挫折是女性学者发展的主要障碍,与女性学者之间的相互影响、合作与交流是女性学者发展的重要保障。在当前以男性为主的社会性别制度下,杰出女性学者的个人发展与成长历程充满了机遇与挑战。Based on the historical review of Professor Huang Shuping’s academic career,this paper analyzes the important influencing factors and growth rules of female scholars’ personal development.Family environment and social environment are the important premise for the growth of female scholars.University education and high-level educational institutions are the important space for the growth of female scholars.The persistence of personal belief and the honing and challenge of ability are the important links for the development of female scholars.Personal family and life difficulties are the important obstacles for the development of female scholars.The interaction,cooperation and exchange with female scholars are An important guarantee for the development of female scholars.Under the current gender system dominated by men,the personal development and growth of outstanding female scholars are full of opportunities and challenges.
