摘  要:多端柔性多状态开关(flexible distribution switch,FDS)的接入从根本上影响了配电网的网架结构和运行方式,使得配电网的潮流分布和动态特性发生改变。对此,首先基于FDS的拓扑结构及其控制策略确定其工作外特性,建立含FDS主动配电网动态潮流运行模型;同时,定义负荷安全裕度、功率增量配比和潮流均衡度,作为描述潮流转移分布特征的指标;再将原模型转化为混合整数二阶锥规划模型,并调用优化求解器获取最优解;最后,依托实际工程运行数据开展仿真测试,结果表明:FDS参与配电网协调运行可改善电压均衡并降低网损,所述潮流指标可有效评估潮流分配特性,算法高效且寻优稳定。The access of multi-terminal flexible distribution switch(FDS) affects structure and operation mode of the distribution network fundamentally, and changes power distribution and dynamic characteristics. Firstly, based on the topology structure and control strategy of FDS, this paper determines the external operating characteristic of FDS and establishes the model of the dynamic power flow for the active distribution network considering FDS. At the same time, it defines evaluation indices including load safety margin, power incremental ratio, and trend equilibrium index as indicators of power flow distribution. Then it transforms the original model into a mixed integer second-order cone programming(MISOCP) model, and calls the optimization solver to obtain the optimal solution. Finally, simulation tests are carried out based on the actual engineering operation data, which shows FDS in the coordinated operation of the distribution network can improve voltage balance and reduce network losses. The power flow indices mentioned can effectively evaluate characteristics of the power flow distribution, and the algorithm is efficient and stable.
