摘　　要：目的探讨构建护患沟通平台对PICC带管患者的实践与效果。方法选择我院日间化疗PICC置管后带管出院患者共1416例。“PICC沟通平台”构建前的患者为对照组,平台构建后的患者为观察组。对照组与观察组均进行健康宣教、电话随访。观察组在此基础上通过“PICC护患沟通平台”来弥补PICC带管患者发生不良并发症的实时跟踪空白。观察对比两组患者置管后院外发生并发症的差异。结果观察组患者的穿刺处渗血渗液、静脉炎、皮疹、导管堵塞、导管全身性感染、血栓的发生率分别为:0.42%、0%、0.84%、0.28%、0%、0.2%均低于对照组的1.12%、0.14%、1.83%、0.56%、0.14%、1.69%。观察组PICC导管并发症的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护患沟通平台的构建可有效降低PICC带管出院患者的并发症,延长导管的使用寿命,提高置管患者对PICC工作的满意度。Objective To explore the practice and effect of constructing the communication platform for patients with PICC.Methods A total of 1416 patients were discharged from hospital with PECC.The patients before the construction of the"PICC communication platform"were the control group,and the patients after the construction of the platform were the observation group.the control group and the observation group for health education,telephone follow-up.On this basis,the observation group used the"PICC nurse-patient communication platform"to make up the gap of real-time tracking of adverse complications in patients with PICC band management.To observe the difference of complications between the two groups.Results The incidence of bleeding exudate,phlebitis,rash,catheter blockage,catheter systemic infection and thrombus in the observation group were:0.42%,0%,0.84%,0.28%,0%,0.2%were lower than 1.12%,0.14%,1.83%,0.56%,0.14%,1.69%.The incidence of PICC catheter complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The construction of nurse-patient communication platform can effectively reduce the complications of PICC discharged patients with catheter,prolong the service life of catheter,and improve the satisfaction of catheter patients with PICC work.
