摘  要:为实现医院绩效管理评价,借鉴平衡记分卡法从医院财务指标、医疗服务效率指标、医院发展指标以及服务满意度构建医院绩效评价指标体系,针对支持向量回归模型性能受其惩罚参数C和核函数宽度g的影响,运用樽海鞘算法优化选择惩罚参数C和核函数宽度g,提出一种基于SSA-SVR的医院绩效管理评价模型。将26个医院绩效管理评价的二级指标作为SSA-SVR模型的输入,医院绩效评价综合得分作为SSA-SVR的输出,建立SSA-SVR的医院绩效管理评价模型。研究结果表明,与GA-SVR、PSO-SVR、DE-SVR和SVR相比,SSA-SVR的医院绩效管理评价精度最高,为医院绩效管理提供了新的方法。In order to realize the hospital performance management evaluation,we construct the hospital performance evaluation index system by using the balanced scorecard method,including the hospital financial index,the medical service efficiency index,the hospital development index and the service satisfaction index.Aiming at the influence of the performance of the support vector regression model on its penalty parameter C and kernel function width g,a hospital performance management evaluation model based on SSA-SVR is proposed by using the salp swarm algorithm to optimize the selection of penalty parameter C and kernel function width g.The 26 secondary index of the hospital performance management evaluation was used as the input of SSA-SVR model,and the comprehensive score of hospital performance evaluation was used as the output of SSA-SVR,and the hospital performance management evaluation model of SSA-SVR was established.The results show that compared with GA-SVR,PSO-SVR,DE-SVR and SVR,SSA-SVR has the highest evaluation accuracy in hospital performance management and provides a new method for hospital performance management.
