摘  要:吉7井区梧桐沟组稠油区块采用反七点法150m小井距布井开发,南部地区大批井转抽投产初期不出或低液,严重影响了下一步的滚动开发。本文在储层地质研究的基础上,提出适应吉7井区的压裂思路——低前置液加砂压裂,该工艺具有造短宽缝、高导流能力、小规模等特点,契合区块“小井距、稠油、中孔中渗”的特质特征。通过现场压裂测试,软件模拟等方法,进行了低前置液加砂可行性论证。通过数模与压裂相结合的方式,对油藏整体压裂技术进行研究,并进行了裂缝半长等参数的优化,确定与井网相匹配的压裂参数。实施压裂后井均日产油4.6 t且大多自喷生产,为吉7井区的新区开发奠定了基础。150 meters well spacing seven well method is adopted in Ji 7 heavy oil well area,in the south a large number of wells pump no or low liquid at the beginning of operation,which has seriously affected the next rolling development.Based on the study of reservoir geology,Low front fluid plus sand fracturing is proposed,which is thought suitable for Ji 7 well area,this process is with short and wide fracture and high conductivity,small size and other characteristics,which fits the special characteristics as"small well spacing,heavy oil,medium porosity and permeability".The feasibility of Low front fluid plus sand fracturing is studied by field fracturing test and software simulation.Through the combination of numerical model and fracturing method,the whole fracturing technique of reservoir is studied.The optimization of parameters such as half fracture length is carried out;the fracturing parameters that match the well pattern are determined.After fracturing wells average production is 4.6 tons of oil and most is flowing production,which provides the foundation for the development of New 7 well area.
