摘 要:研究了漆酶去除蓝湿革中三氯苯酚(Tr CP)的可行性。采用常规的制革工艺,考察了温度、pH、酶用量、作用时间等条件下漆酶去除蓝湿革中Tr CP的效果。结果表明,在pH=4.5、温度45℃、漆酶(268)用量0.1%,转动1h,蓝湿革中Tr CP的去除率可达到90%以上,相同条件下未加入漆酶的对比实验中,Tr CP去除率约70%。实验结果显示出漆酶在深度去除蓝湿革中的Tr CP方面具有一定的效果。A procedure was investigated for removing trichlorophenol(TrCP)in wet blue by laccase digesting.The processes were based on the traditional leather-making recipe,and the factors as temperature,pH,dosage of laccase(268)and digesting duration were examined.The results indicate that the optimal digesting conditions were pH=4.5,45℃,0.1%dosage of laccase and 1 h running,and the removal extent of TrCP is more than 90%,while the control result of TrCP removal without laccase present^70%.The investigation indicated the positive effects of laccase(268)for intensively removing TrCP in wet blue.
