摘　　要：创新民族地区社会治理是构建和谐社会和现代国家治理体系的重要内容。凉山彝族地区因特殊的地理环境和风俗习惯,民间传统权威德古作为知晓彝族习惯法的纠纷调解者,对基层社会的和谐稳定和有序发展起到了积极作用,是彝区实现多元主体协同共治社会治理路径的重要动力。对凉山彝区传统权威德古在基层参与制定乡规民约、调解民间纠纷、开展移风易俗、宣传教育等治理过程中的功能进行梳理分析,探讨其参与治理能力提升的有效途径,可推动民族地区基层治理的创新、探索与改善。Innovating social governance in ethnic areas is an important part of building a harmonious society and a modern state governance system. Due to its special geographical environment and customs, the traditional folk authority degu has an important position and significance in the local governance. It is the main driving force for the multi-subject to coordinate and co-ordinate the social governance path. The paper analyzes the functions of the traditional authority degu in Liang shanyi District in the process of local governance, and explores the effective path of participating in the governance, which can promote the innovation, exploration and improvement of local governance in ethnic areas.
