摘 要:为了解决传统变压器流场及温度场模拟仿真方法,计算出的变压器热采集点温度差值过大,导致仿真流场及温度场结果发生缺失的问题,该文提出一种基于有限元的变压器流场及温度场仿真分析方法。首先计算变压器流场仿真参数,根据变压器内实际的电磁特征描述流场中对应边值,不断调整变压器的运行状态,使用离散化处理变压器产生的涡流,得到变压器绕组的流场仿真参数,计算变压器温度场各状态下的损耗热量,使用整场离散、整场求解方法得到温度场仿真参数,然后使用有限元方法转换流场及温度场表达式中的参数,实现变压器流场及温度场的模拟仿真。实验结果表明,模拟仿真后的变压器整体流场呈现出上下对称分布,与其他方法相比,基于有限元的变压器流场及温度场仿真分析方法可以同时仿真流场及温度场,仿真结果不发生缺失。In order to solve the problem that the temperature difference of the thermal acquisition point of the transformer calculated by the traditional simulation method of transformer flow field and temperature field is too large,which leads to the lack of simulation results of the flow field and temperature field,a simulation analysis method of transformer flow field and temperature field based on the finite element is proposed.Firstly,the simulation parameters of transformer flow field are calculated,the corresponding boundary value in the flow field is described according to the actual electromagnetic characteristics in the transformer,the operation state of the transformer is adjusted continuously,the eddy current generated by the transformer is treated by discretization,the simulation parameters of transformer winding flow field are obtained,the loss heat of transformer temperature field in each state is calculated,and the temperature is obtained by the whole field discretization and whole field solution method Field simulation parameters,and then use the finite element method to convert the parameters in the expression of flow field and temperature field to realize the simulation of transformer flow field and temperature field.The experimental results show that the overall flow field of the transformer after simulation shows symmetrical distribution.Compared with other methods,the simulation analysis method based on finite element can simulate the flow field and temperature field at the same time,and the simulation results are not missing.
