摘  要:针对现有的高压环网柜电气接头温度预警系统所存在的问题,该文采用ZigBee技术设计了高压环网柜电气接头温度预警系统的网架结构、逻辑框架和系统数据流,实现系统的整体设计;通过对温度显示、温度报警和表格数据库的设计完成了系统软件功能;使用高性能的数字式温度传感器DS18B20缩短了系统采集温度信息过程的耗时,利用颜色模块提醒和声音报警提醒模式实现电温度预警。试验结果表明,该系统的温度预警过程的数据采集效率高,系统响应速度快,误警率低,能够有效实现对异常温度的预警。In view of the existing problems of the temperature early warning system for the electrical joints of the high-voltage ring main unit,the grid structure,logical framework and system data flow of the temperature early warning system for the electrical joints of the high-voltage ring main unit are designed by using ZigBee technology to realize the overall design of the system.Through the design of temperature display,temperature alarm and table database,the system software function is completed.By using the high-performance digital temperature sensor DS18B20,the time-consuming of the system in the process of collecting temperature information is reduced,and the electric temperature early warning is realized by using the color module and sound alarm mode.The test results show that the system’s temperature early warning process has high data collection efficiency,fast system response speed,low false alarm rate,and can effectively realize early warning of abnormal temperature.
