摘　　要：目的研究震动排痰机在治疗ICU肠功能障碍患者中的作用。方法收集2018年8月~2019年8月合肥市第三人民医院ICU肠功能障碍患者共76例,分为治疗组及对照组,对照组40例予以常规治疗,治疗组36例在常规治疗基础上加用震动排痰机在腹部顺时针震动治疗,观察两组患者1周后肠鸣音次数、粪便量、胃肠减压量、腹内压、消化道出血情况。结果经治疗1周后,治疗组肠鸣音次数、粪便量均多于对照组,胃肠减压量、腹内压、消化道出血量均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用震动排痰机进行腹部震动治疗能改善肠功能障碍患者的肠功能状态,有利于病情恢复,值得临床推广。Objective To study the effect of vibration sputum elimination apparatus in the treatment of intestinal dysfunction in ICU patients.Methods 76 patients with intestinal dysfunction in ICU of Hefei Third People’s Hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were collected and divided into treatment group and control group.40 patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment,while 36 patients in the treatment group were treated with vibration sputum elimination apparatus in abdomen with clockwise vibration on the basis of routine treatment,One week later,the times of gurgling sound,fecal volume,gastrointestinal decompression volume,intra-abdominal pressure and gastrointestinal bleeding were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After one week of treatment,the times of gurgling sounds and feces volume in the treatment group were more than those in the control group,and the amount of gastrointestinal decompression,intra-abdominal pressure and gastrointestinal bleeding were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Abdomen vibration therapy by vibration sputum elimination apparatus can improve the intestinal function of patients with intestinal dysfunction,and is conducive to the recovery of the disease.
