王氏自拟蠲痹飞步汤治疗膝骨关节炎30例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的通过口服王氏自拟蠲痹飞步汤,用以观察中药治疗膝骨关节炎的有效性,为临床治疗膝骨关节炎提供更有效的治疗方法。方法将60例来源于2017年9月~2019年9月跟随导师王勇教授门诊时,前来我院就诊或符合KOA诊断标准的膝骨关节炎的患者,随机分配到王氏自拟蠲痹飞步汤(A组)30例和西乐葆口服组(B组)30例。其中A组予王氏自拟蠲痹飞步汤。B组口服西乐葆100 mg/次,每日2次,早饭晚饭后服用。治疗周期均为4周。治疗前和治疗后评估两组患者的临床有效率、Lysholm膝关节功能评分表(LKS)、骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分量表、膝关节疼痛(NRS)评分。结果 A组与B组比较,患者临床有效率、LKS评分、WOMAC评分、NRS评分差异均有统计学意义(P=0.00<0.01)。结论王氏自拟蠲痹飞步汤治疗膝骨关节炎有效,西乐葆治疗膝骨关节炎有效,王氏自拟蠲痹飞步汤和西乐葆治疗膝骨关节炎有效率相当。Objective To observe the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis by oral administration of Wang’s self-designed Juanbi Feibu decoction, and to provide a more effective treatment for knee osteoarthritis. Methods 60 knee osteoarthritis patients who came to our hospital or who met KOA diagnostic criteria from September 2017 to September 2019 were randomly divided into group A with 30 cases treated with Wang’s self-designed Juanbi Feibu decoction, and group B with 30 cases of oral celebrex. The group A was given Wang’s self-designed Juanbi Feibu decoction, and the control group was orally administered celebrex 100 mg/time, 2 times a day, after breakfast and dinner.The treatment cycle was 4 weeks. Patients’ clinical effectiveness,Lysholm knee function score(LKS), osteoarthritis index(WOMAC) score, and knee pain(NRS) scores were evaluated before and after treatment.Results There was significant difference in the clinical effectiveness, LKS score scale, WOMAC score scale, and NRS score scale between the group A and group B, the difference were all statistically significant(P=0.00, P<0.01). Conclusion Wang’s self-designed Juanbi Feibu decoction is effective in treating knee osteoarthritis. celebrex is effective in treating knee osteoarthritis.Wang’s self-designed Juanbi Feibu decoction and celebrex are comparable in the treatment effect for knee osteoarthritis.
