摘  要:讨论了一种基于测距反馈的机床工作台行程控制系统的构成原理.以触摸屏(PT)和PLC为控制平台,选用激光位移传感器作为工作台行程检测设备,采用测距式算法获得工作台行程信号,构成位置全闭环控制系统.此系统通过精准位置检测构成位置全闭环控制,实现对工作台行程的精确控制,克服了常规行程控制方法行程偏差大、累积误差难以消除等不足.文章给出了系统的软硬件设计方案,阐释了系统的控制策略和工作原理.The paper proposes a travel control system for machine tool table based on distance feedback.The full-closed loop position control system is composed of the control platform and the distance sensor,in which the conventional touch screen(PT)and PLC are used as control platform,while the laser displacement sensor is adopted to detect the working platform travel.In the software,the travel signal of the working platform is computed by using measuring distance algorithm and the control strategy is performed by the control platform.The system is realized and field tested in a milling planer,and the performance is discussed.It demonstrated that the control precision of the table stroke can be improved through the position closed-loop control composed of precise position detection.It deserves the cost up of the laser displacement sensor as it can overcome the shortcomings of the travel deviation and accumulated error in the conventional travel control systems.
