摘　　要：转口贸易作为一种中间商贸易方式,是贸易分工进一步细化和升级的趋势和结果。其发展的特殊性,无论对商业银行或者监管机构而言,都构成新的课题。当前,银行该如何在外汇管理的宏观政策背景下,落实“展业三原则”,合规办理转口贸易;转口贸易的监管还存在哪些难点,这些都值得我们思考与探讨。As an intermediary trade mode,entrepot trade is the trend and result of the further refinement and upgrading of the division of labor in trade.Both commercial banks and regulatory agencies are faced with new issues due to its particularity.How should banks implement the"three principles of business development"and handle entrepot trade in compliance with the macro policies of FX management,and what are the difficulties for entrepot trade regulation?These are questions worthy of consideration and discussion.
