摘　　要："互联网+"科技特派员在线服务平台建设与应用,是应用信息技术融合与创新科技特派员工作机制的重要体现。本文分析了农村经济发展滞后、科技成果转化率低、农业产业化程度不高、科技服务存在"线断、网破、人散"的状况等问题,详细叙述了实施科技特派员制度的成效,提出了建设"互联网+"科技特派员在线服务平台,以期提高科技特派员管理效率和服务质量。The construction and application of the "Internet+" online service platform for science and technology commissioners is an important manifestation of the application of information technology fusion and the innovation of science and technology commissioners ′ working mechanism. This article analyzed the problems of lagging rural economic development,low conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements,low degree of agricultural industrialization,and the status of "line breaks,network breaks and dispersion of people" in scientific and technological services,and described in detail the effect of implementing the system of science and technology commissioners,and put forward the construction of "Internet + " online service platform for science and technology commissioners,in order to improve the management efficiency and service quality of science and technology commissioners.
