摘　　要：随着人们永葆青春和美貌欲望的增强和医疗美容技术的发展,医疗美容行业日益火爆,同时医疗美容监督管理发现的违法医疗美容行为也越来越多。通过对一起医疗美容机构越级开展美容手术投诉处理事件,对越级开展美容项目是否为超范围执业提出见解,同时对规范医疗美容活动提出建议和思考。With the enhancement of youthful and beautiful desires and the development of the medical beauty technology,the medical beauty industry is popular increasingly.However,the supervision and management of medical beauty found that illegal medical beauty behaviors were also increasing.In this paper,by analyzing a complaint case of crossing the level to carry out beauty surgery in a medical beauty facility,the authors provided insights on over-the-counter beauty projects.Meanwhile,they also put forward suggestions and considerations for standardizing medical beauty activities.
