摘　　要：主持人语:实施乡村振兴战略是党的十九大作出的重大决策部署,是新时代做好“三农”工作的总抓手。党中央要求各地区各部门要充分认识实施乡村振兴战略的重大意义,把实施乡村振兴战略摆在优先位置。还特别提出,巩固和完善农村基本经营制度,深化农村土地制度改革,深化农村集体产权制度改革,壮大集体经济。Implementing the strategy of rural revitalization is a major decision made by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The Party Central Committee requires all regions and departments to fully understand the great significance of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,and to give priority to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.In particular,it also proposed to consolidate and improve the basic rural management system,deepen the reform of the rural land system,deepen the reform of the rural collective property rights system,and strengthen the collective economy.Why should we strengthen the collective economy when implementing the strategy of rural revitalization?This issue is both theoretical and practical.Practice has proved that all those who insist on taking the path of large-scale collective economic development have successfully achieved or are realizing the“second leap”proposed by Deng Xiaoping.These villages that have already achieved the“second leap”have a common feature:collective land management and improved agricultural modernization;industrial enterprises constituting the main body and pillar of the collective economy;the management integration of villages and enterprises,and strengthened cohesion;rapid development,great potential;strengthened spiritual civilization,democracy and the rule of law;increased harmony of rural society.Overall,the reasons for their success are also very similar:a good party organization and a good leader;adherence to the local conditions while insisting on their own path;adherence to the development of advanced productive forces,continuously improvement of the scientific and technological content;adherence to the collective economy and achievement of common prosperity.
