摘 要:互联网带来的信息交换的普及,极大地促进了高端装备制造企业组织创新和技术创新的发展,双方在相互匹配和发展之中以企业为载体,其创新带来的正向效应又会显著提升企业的制造效率,但是其更深层次的逻辑关系和匹配机制需要更进一步的解读。通过对两者的匹配机制和不同阶段的匹配范式进行论述,以期更好地为高端装备制造企业提供理论支持。The popularity of information exchange brought by the Internet has also greatly promoted the development of organizational innovation and technological innovation of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises.In the process of mutual matching and development,both sides take the carrier as the enterprise,and the positive effect of innovation will significantly improve the manufacturing efficiency of enterprises,but its deeper logical relationship and matching mechanism need to be further interpreted.This paper discusses the matching mechanism of the two and the matching paradigm in different stages,in order to better provide theoretical support for high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises.
