摘 要:借助CFD软件POLYFLOW分别对四种注塑混炼元件进行数值计算,对比不同的构型对PC熔体塑化质量的影响。结果表明,犁钉型混炼元件对于PC料的剪切速率最高,获得的熔体黏度最小,分散混合性能更加突出,获得的熔体塑化质量最佳。With the help of CFD software POLYFLOW,4 kinds of injection mixing elements were calculated and the effects of different configurations on the plasticizing quality of PC melt were compared.The results showed that the shear rate of PC material was the highest,the melt viscosity was the lowest,the dispersive mixing performance was more prominent,and the melt plasticizing quality was the best.
