摘  要:本文针对现有市场3D打印机成型方式的局限性以及精度差的问题,设计出一套强混合复合材料双螺杆双喷头3D打印机。该装备采用两个喷头固定不动,打印平台沿三维坐标轴移动的形式,主机打印机机头采用双螺杆结构来进行喂料,提高物料的均匀性。喷嘴处设计了一套高精度熔体流量泵,可以精确控制物料挤出,解决自流的问题。另外,分别对泵体结构和阀体结构所打印出的模型件进行微观形貌测试,得出用泵体结构打印出的模型表面光洁度较好。In this paper,a set of 3D printer with strong hybrid composite material twin screw twin nozzle is designed to solve the problems of the limitations and poor precision of the existing 3D printer.The equipment adopts the form of two fixed nozzles,the printing platform moves along the 3D coordinate axis,and the main printer head adopts the twin-screw structure to feed,so as to improve the uniformity of materials.A set of highprecision melt flow pump is designed at the nozzle,which can precisely control the material extrusion and solve the problem of self flow.In addition,the surface finish of the model printed by the pump body structure and the valve body structure is better.
