摘 要:井下油水分离技术作为一项机械式控水工艺,对于高含水油井具有较好的稳油控水效果。经过长时间的发展,由于能够有效缓解高含水油田开发过程中产出水的举升、存储与处理难度大等问题,近几年来该项技术在海上高含水油田得到了应用。该项工艺在实现稳油控水的同时,缓解了地面水处理能力受限对油田提液稳产的制约,尤其对于海上高含水油田的油井措施挖潜、降低产出水处理能耗与成本、减缓环保压力以及提高油田采收率等具有重要意义。As a mechanical water control technology,downhole oil-water separation technology has a good effect on stabilizing oil production and water controlling in high water cut oil wells. During a long time of development,it has been applied in offshore high water cut oilfields in recent years because it can effectively alleviate the problems including the lifting,storage and treatment of the produced water in high water cut oil wells. The technology can not only stabilize oil and control water,but also alleviate the restriction of limited surface water treatment capacity on stable production. It is of great significance for offshore oil wells with high water cut to tap the potential,cut down the energy consumption and the cost of produced water treatment,reduce the environmental pressure and enhance oil recovery.
