摘  要:由于海上油田大部分采油树承压级别较低,注水井在进行酸化压裂和微压裂作业时,通常需要拆除井口、起出生产管柱然后进行相关作业,存在作业时效低、费用高的问题。为了解决上述问题,通过设计一种新型井口保护装置,实现了不动管柱完成酸化压裂和微压裂作业,避免了采油树承压的风险。本文阐述了新型井口保护器的主要结构及原理,并以渤中34-1F油田某井为例,详细介绍了现场作业流程和应用效果。Most of the wellheads in offshore oil field have low pressure bearing level,during acid fracturing and micro-fracturing are carried out in water injection well,it is usually necessary to remove the wellhead,pulling out the production string and carry out relevant operations,there are problems of low efficiency and high cost. In order to solve the above problems,by designing a new type of wellhead protection device,acid fracturing and micro-fracturing can carry out without remove the string,the risk of pressure bearing of wellhead is avoided. This paper describes the main structure and principle of the new type wellhead protector,taking a well in Bozhong 34-1 F oilfield as an example,introduced the details of operation procedure and application effect.
