摘 要:大口径重力、泵送混合的长距离输水管线具有口径大、距离长、输水量大、工艺难度高等特点,一旦管线事故关阀或停泵产生水锤现象,将引发爆管事故,导致全线停运中断供水,带来重大损失。文章结合工程实例,针对此类长距离输水管线薄弱段进行分析研究,通过构建水力模型,根据工程实际经验提出薄弱段分析原则,进行长输管线稳态薄弱段分析、瞬态薄弱段分析、薄弱段综合分析研究,并提出相应的薄弱段维护措施。The long distance transmission line with large diameter gravity pumping mixture has the characteristics of large diameter,long distance,big carrying capacity and high technical difficulty.Once the valve is closed or the pump is stopped in an accident,the water hammer phenomenon will lead to the pipe explosion accident,which will lead to the suspension of water supply and bring heavy losses.This paper analyzes and studies the weak sections of such long-distance transmission lines by combining with the engineering examples,by constructing the hydraulic model and putting forward the analysis principles of the weak sections according to the actual engineering experience,a comprehensive analysis and research is conducted for analyzing the stable weak sections and the transient weak sections of the long-distance transmission lines,and proposes the corresponding maintenance measures for the weak sections.
